Field Conditions/Game Cancellations
Please check the Frisco Lacrosse Weather Hotline for all practice and game cancellations. The hotline is updated by 3pm on the day of practices and by 9am on the day of games.

Weather Policy
SPECIFIC HEAT GUIDELINES:
LEVEL I - 95 + degrees: The FLA recommends practices
should be limited to 1 hour. Conditioning drills at the end of
practice should be eliminated. Water should be readily available
throughout practice with breaks every 10 minutes.
LEVEL II - 100 + degrees: The FLA recommends practices
should be limited to 1 hour. Helmets and gloves only. Conditioning drills at the end of
practice should be eliminated. Water should be readily available throughout practice with breaks
every 10 minutes.
LEVEL III - 105 + degrees: NO PRACTICE!
During the season, if game day conditions reach any of the
above levels, games may be rescheduled to evening start times
to avoid dangerous heat stress conditions.
SPECIFIC COLD WEATHER GUIDELINES:
39 degrees and below, with or without wind chill factor, no practice.
