Registration for Frisco Lacrosse Spring 2012
season is now open.
Please fill out the registration form below for all ages.

In order to register, you must first go to www.uslacrosse.org to obtain your US Lacrosse Membership. It is a yearly fee of $25 and is required by NTYLL and FLA.
US Lacrosse will provide you with a US Lacrosse Membership # for the information below.

Frisco Lacrosse Registration Spring 2012 Season
The registration fees are required to play for the Frisco Lacrosse Association.
Fees for the youth boys and girls programs cover league/referee/registration fees, games shorts/kilt, reversible pinnie, and field necessities.
HS fees cover for the above stated and in addition they will receive a full home and away uniform.
For the boys, it is recommended that players purchase a black Cascade helmet with blue visor and white chin . Cascade stickers will be available for your helmet at local lacrosse stores.
For the girls, a lacrosse stick, goggles, and mouth guard are required to play.
Frisco Lacrosse team colors are Royal, Black, and White
ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER WITH US LACROSSE AT WWW.USLACROSSE.ORG . THIS IS A SEPARATE YEARLY FEE OF $25 AND IT IS REQUIRED TO PLAY BOTH IN FRISCO AND WITH THE NORTH TEXAS YOUTH LACROSSE LEAGUE

Cubs (1st/2nd Grade) - $195 per player
Bears (3rd/4th Grade) - $195 per player
Lynx Girls (3rd/4th Grade) - $195 per player
Kodiaks (5th/6th Grade) - $195 per player
Puma Girls (5rd/6th Grade) - $195 per player
Grizzlies (7th/8th Grade) - $195 per player
Wildcat Girls (7th/8th Grade) - $195 per player
Black Bears JV Boys - $400 per player
Black Bears Varsity Boys - $400 per player

REFUND POLICY:
$30 non-refundable fee; if uniform's have been ordered less a $65 non-refundable fee in addition to $30 prior to the 1st stated practice of the season. After 1st practice is called, no refund is given.
NSF Fee:
$25 NSF fee for an returned check in addition to the amount of the check.
